Protecting your details is of the utmost importance to us, which is why all of our online transactions are processed using the 3D security programme.

When you go to your shopping cart to checkout, you will be asked to state whether you want delivery or collection. Having selected delivery, the cart will update and you will then be taken to the 'Your Details' section of the site.

Once your details have been filled out, you will be transferred to an 'https://' page where you will be asked to complete your transaction by filling in your card details. HTTPS connections are often used for payment transactions on the internet and are the safest way to send your card payment information.

Our Delivery Services

Standard Delivery – Only £8.95

Standard delivery covers mainland UK only. Providing your goods are in stock, we aim to have our orders despatched within 2-3 working days (Except Bank Holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order has been despatched, it will be delivered the next working day. If you place a small order then we can send it via Royal Mail Recorded delivery although this can take up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. Please call 0191 469 7775 if you would prefer this delivery method.

Ordering bulky or heavy items of some products may incur an extra charge; this will be calculated in the checkout process.

Multiple Items

Ordering multiple items of some products may incur an extra charge that is calculated by the website. If you are placing a large order, especially with bulky or heavy items, please phone us and a member of staff will be able to tell you how much it will be for carriage. We always try to keep the carriage as low as possible.

If paying by cash, postal orders or bank deposit you can arrange to collect your order from the courier depot for an extra £5.00. We cannot accept credit cards or cheques for this service. All you need to do is collect the order is a reference number from us.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly and Wight, from £20.00 extra...

A surcharge is necessary due to extra delivery costs. This will be a maximum of £20.00 as well as the normal cost of delivery (£5.95). For Eire, a £25.00 surcharge applies. For small items (less than 1kg) we may be able to send them via Royal Mail Recorded delivery to save you a lot of money on delivery, although this can take up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. We regret to say that evening delivery is no longer available.

Please Note: All parcels must to be signed for by someone at the delivery address.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we always aim to provide the best service and products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have bought from us, return it to us unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it with the receipt within 30 days of purchase and ask for a full refund.

All our electrical and digital items have a manufacturers guarantee, faulty items may have to be referred to the manufacturer for inspection before a new product is given out. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by you (the customer). Faulty lamps (bulbs) will only be exchanged if returned with original OUTER wrapper. All electrical products come with a one to five year manufacturers guarantee, please contact Holland Budgreen on 0191 469 7775 for the exact guarantee on any product. Faulty electrical items will be collected and returned free of charge. All lighting units are tried and tested twice before leaving our premises.

Remittance terms: All goods remain the property of Budgreen until paid for in full. We do not offer a credit facility.
